👍 Every vote moves the music

Songs rank by this week’s net votes: upvotes minus downvotes. Use the radio’s thumbs while a song plays. The chart updates live; each song holds its own place, even when one artist has several hits.

💸 A weekly prize ladder

First place receives half the available weekly Top 10 pot. Each next place receives half the remainder, and the final payable place gets the rest. Every payable prize must exceed $0.10 USDC; a smaller pot supports fewer prizes.

Shown prizes are estimates, not guaranteed payments. Rankings and estimates freeze at Monday midnight in America/New_York. Artist payout wallets must be linked, and payments require owner approval.

🎉 Friday Top 10 Hype

When the scheduled Hype hour begins, its playlist snapshots the opening Top 10 and counts up from #10 toward #1. Votes keep moving the live chart while those songs play. The festival panel opens for the show; you can still minimize it.

The + beside a song saves it to your personal playlist in your profile watchlist. It does not pay to queue a radio play or cast a vote.

Search for a song, select it, then press Queue Song. Connect your wallet in the page header. Paid requests play in order without interrupting the current recording or protected shows.

🪙 A quarter to start

The next play starts at 0.25 USDC on Base and doubles every eight pending requests. The LCD shows the current queue price. Any required worker-gas ETH contribution is shown before payment.

✨ Music pays people

90% goes to the artist and collaborators, 8% to IPFS pinning rewards, and 2% to repo development. Confirmed payments trigger our celebration animations.

🏆 The jukebox podium

The top three ranks show all-time confirmed DJuke song-play payouts to artist and collaborator wallets. They exclude listener spending, album purchases, pending credits and platform funds. Select a name or wallet to view its on-chain history.

The dim LCD equalizer follows the live music spectrum and rests when playback stops. It stays still with reduced motion enabled.

A queue bump plays at the next normal advert break.

Pay 2× the queue price for an extra break after the current song.

Immediate requests take priority, with FIFO within each tier and no interruptions to protected shows.

Payment is reserved until playback, then split:

Paid plays remain valid after campaign expiry; removal makes unplayed requests fully refundable.

Fund breakdown

Payments are marked Pending because rankings and estimated amounts change with votes, plays, and funding throughout the week. They freeze at Sunday/Monday midnight in New York (America/New_York). Frozen allocations still await payment; only confirmed transactions are recorded on-chain.

Your Music & Public Uploads

Rights. IPFS storage or minting first does not, by itself, transfer copyright. NFT ownership is not ownership of the music rights. A rights licence needs a separate agreement.

Radio. Submissions are reviewed for an NFT sent to the artist wallet. Approved playlist tracks may play on DecentBusking / JukeLoop radio. This form does not yet have a separate radio-consent or opt-out control. If you do not want radio playback, contact the admins before submitting.

AI & reuse. This notice grants no permission for AI training or unrelated reuse. It cannot prevent third parties from downloading, scraping, or misusing public files.

Public storage. IPFS files can be copied and pinned by others. You can request that we stop future radio playback or unpin our copy, but removal from our service cannot guarantee removal of other copies or immutable NFT records.
